  Above and beyond - the simplest words I could use to describe Universal Solar.
  
  My fiance and I purchased our home 2 months ago. The home came equipped with a beautiful underground, screened-in pool. But I'm a Florida girl - born and raised - and ultimately could not take the 84 degree water in the middle of July. So, we called a few solar heating companies, some more sketchy than others, and then met Sam Smith at Universal Solar. We were sold immediately. He knew the right product for us, at the right price and seemed overall trustworthy.
  
  The installation process with Jason went great; however, we hit a few bumps in the road. Bumps that caused some other bigger issues. Universal Solar and their management team (Richard, etc.) was extremely responsive to the mishaps and immediately (and I do mean immediately) sent their team to correct the issue. Additionally, they threw in a few freebies for us to make us completely satisfied. They really went above and beyond the call of duty.
  
  I would definitely use Universal Solar for any future solar heating needs. We are very happy with our warmer pool!
