  Suntrust has been one headache after another!!! My card was lost, I called to report it, I was on the phone for 30+ mins AND I was knocked off my call twice. Their online banking is a joke that is not user friendly on all devices. Specifically, "my devices", I was told are the reasoning behind the errors. When hurricane Irma hit central Florida, many were trapped in neighborhoods, no power, no way of getting to a bank, ALL business closed and Suntrust sends an email that there would be no overage fees until business can resume, this was a straight up LIE!!! They did yup me and several others. They absolutely DO NOT care about your business, your money, or YOUR SECURITY. I've also had suspicious activity alerts from a credit reporting site, confirming odd activity in my accounts with suntrust. I will be closing my accounts as soon as possible. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK!!!
