  They installed an unsealed counter and said they would send a service person to seal it. After 10 calls and 9 broken promises, I have given up. I’ll figure out how to seal it myself. To the owner:
  
  Your installers are rude.
  Your office people are very nice but they do not follow through with promises.
  It is much better to answer the phone and take a number than it is to put people on hold for 30 minutes. If you are busy take a number and call people back.
  Park your Maserati at home and drive the Honda to your Granite money machine.
  
  I’m done with you. I’ll gladly pay more for my next projects in exchange for better service.
