  The area is actually pretty safe. I normally don't ever post any reviews even when things are bad but think people should know a few things about this location. The apartments are dated which again isn't an issue for me. IF you have good credit go to Alta vista or Camden. This place nickels and dimes you for everything if you transfer to another apartment in the same location. The staff is nice but take a tape recorder with you because if they back talk info that costs you money and all you get is sorry but this is how it is. Maintenance is right on top of things. This location does not negotiate at all to help current tenants. Just use policy at you to say there's nothing they can do. I have lived in Camden even breaking a lease I paid for with them a couple years ago and management as long as you were a good tenant did everything they could to help you out. By the way the leases here are 15 months more than the average competitors in the area.
