    Air went out and my wife who has rheumatoid arthritis has trouble in the heat. Bowers sent out a tech and he found a bad board. Nobody had the board in stock so they figured out a way to temporarily by-pass the board function without affecting anything except the heat. (we did not want heat we wanted COLD) Within 1 to 2 hours we were sitting in the cool.
