  Asked them to print shipping label that was prepaid by amazon and they wouldn't do it. "It wasn't company policy" and they wanted me to pay to use one of their computers to print a prepaid label. Been to many UPS stores and the customer service is usually outstanding but this store values money more than customer loyalty from my experience.

  Needed to ship 2 cell phones back to the carrier. They were inside their original phone boxes. Shipping was prepaid, but I needed 2 small bubble lined bags or boxes to ship them in. The store personnel said a box would be better. I said I wanted whatever was cheaper between bubble bags or boxes. She heard me. And proceeded to put them in boxes. $2.75 for each box. Bubble bags were $2.10. It's not the matter of .65 cents that's worth mentioning, it's the fact that they did what would be beneficial for the store.
