  My wife and I tried to close on our house but couldn’t because Claire wrote the policy for the wrong amount even though we explained what the amount to be insured was for. No follow up on the policy, no phone call, no nothing.
  As a result, we weren’t able to close on the house that day.
  When you are making the biggest purchase of your life, one would expect better customer service and at the very least, confirmation that the customer is satisfied before moving on.
  I’m a forgiving person, and don’t wish any ill will, but let’s review operating protocols to insure this does not happen again.
  As a small business owner myself, I understand fully that it’s superior customer service that stands us apart from the competition.
