  As far as the apartments. They very nice and maintenance guys are awesome. One issue I do have is the hidden fees they have. I asked a bunch of questions before moving in. When we finally moved in. I notice it’s hidden fees I was aware the parking fee which I don’t know why because we don’t have assigned parking. Also Tracy was helpful persons before moving in my major issues is the hidden fees before I signed I asked enough questions to make sure this was the right place for us. Unfortunately i don’t feel well cuz the fees I were told about after signing the lease they should be upfront with all these hidden fees they don’t normally tell the tenant also Nolan is not customer friendly. I think he should find another job in another field especially with dealing with customer you need learn how to explain situations and lease everyone has their own opinions I hope yours is better than mines

  Saturday I went to Los Altos just to tour and get more information. After touring the complex and model with Nolan I found this place very nice and quiet. I ended up deciding to lease with Los Altos and can't wait to move in. The availability for the unit we were looking for worked out in our favor and Nolan made the application and leasing process very easy. Neighbors seemed to like the complex as well, Hopefully everything is as good as it seems. Will update once everything is official.

  This is my 4th year at Los Altos. I really enjoy living here. The leasing team, maintenance and amenities are great.
