    I had an issue at this store with an item not being in stock. The sales Manager Kate contacted me right away, and resolved the issue in a timely and professional manner. Great store, great associates, Macy's is a great company and I truly hope they stay around for a long time. Very satisfied with my purchase and how I was treated
