  This is my first time staying in this hotel and I was disappointed from the time I was checking in.The agent who checked me in didn't introduce her self and she charge my card without giving me the price. I was charge a $25 per night and the agent didn't tell me about it until I asked. She didn't give me the proper direction for my rooms so I went all around until I found my rooms. When I got to my room the linens was dirty and was full of hair. I open the glass door and I couldn't close because it was off track. I call the front desk about my room issues, the agent told he will send engineering to the room for the door and I can tell him what need to be clean the room when he get to the room. I didn't get an apology from anyone at the hotel for checking to that dirty room nor I was offer any compensation. The food was good Jeff one of your server did his job well. I won't stay to this hotel again maybe another somewhere else. The hotel staff are not friendly. The hotel is beautiful though
